In my work I strive to respect the values of self-authority, open communication and democracy. Generally I am flexible, but demanding. I try to recognize, when a student needs encouragement to reach the goals the student has set for him/herself.
I like to have interactive lessons exchanging ideas and thoughts, specifically about languages. 내 강의 및 지도 스타일
In my view, the key of learning a language is using the language as much as possible. Even though I don't believe in a single method, I do think languages could be taught more efficiently. Formal grammar should be a tool that helps in understanding a language and it's structure, not the basis of learning.
In my opinion, idioms, clause structures and the vocabulary of a language affect the culture as well. Exchanging information about different languages' way of expressing things can often make learning a language much more interesting.내 수업 자료

Our 30 minute lesson went well. Lauri quickly identified with me what to focus on and set up an exercise. We watched two videos with more normal speaking and practiced listening comprehension. I can now work a little more on my own and pick up from there during our next lesson. Lauri also recommended some things to try with textbooks.
