Hello! My name is Jimmy, I am from London, and I am a professional English language teacher with TEFL certification. Alongside this, I am a global business management student and am currently in my final year of studies. Having lived in Madrid, Spain, last year, I have continued my Spanish language learning at home, and this is a current passion of mine. I believe this is important, as I can understand the struggles of learning a new language and pass on knowledge upon how to learn languages quickly and effectively. In my spare time, I enjoy watching football, practising and watching martial arts, reading about business and finance, playing videogames, learning languages, and cycling.

I am a patient, kind and passionate teacher. I want you to learn English quickly, effectively and enjoyably. My focus is to ensure you reach your English language goals, and I can help you by setting a language plan to continue your learning outside class whilst tracking your progress. I have a conversational teaching style, and we can talk about a variety of topics. However, if you want grammar-based lessons, this is also fine as I possess TEFL certification and the ability to teach grammar.

내 강의 및 지도 스타일

Lessons with me will be fun, interactive and enjoyable. I want to maximise your language learning whilst building your confidence and fluency when speaking, with my teaching style being patient and positive. Lessons will be personalised to you, so just let me know which topics you want to cover before class, and I can prepare and plan a lesson catered to you. Within lessons, we will use a wide range of resources such as flashcards, videos and news articles to ensure the language you learn is both exciting and relevant to you! If you want to learn business-specific vocabulary or skills, we can also implement this in our classes as I am studying for a degree in global business management.
