I am a patient but energetic teacher.
I only correct my students when necessary, prioritizing student talk time and letting conversations flow. Instead of focusing on explaining the rules of the English language, I prefer to repeat the erroneous sentences that my students say in class in the right manner, making it a point to have them repeat it in the same way. I find that creating a lesson plan that is catered to the interests and language skills of my students makes for a fun and productive experience while learning English. Being a native speaker I focus on word order, pronunciation and grammar.
