Studying with Theu was great, she was able to tell where my comfort zone was in regards to pre-existing knowledge and gently expand upon it so that I wasn't completely lost. She has lesson plans to keep things moving and I feel like I was able to make the most of our session.

This was my first lesson with Theu. She's exactly what I look for in an italki teacher. Patient, genuinely interested in teaching, very eager to correct my mistakes (in a natural and not intrusive way) and just super fun to talk to. Today we talked a lot about Christmas and Santa. It was a really fun topic pertainant to today (Christmas Day!). Definitely booking more lessons with her in the future.

Great, learned many new words and had a great discussion in Vietnamese.

Theu was very lovely to learn with. We learned the differences between Southern and Northern words. and it's always great to get a new perspective to supplement my language learning. Personally, I am looking to increase my Vietnamese from intermediate level to intermediate-advanced level and she was very helpful for this.

She is a good teacher and quick to fix any problems you have.
