{Between the 15th and the 20th of each month I update the time slots of the following month} Γεια σας!!! My name is Zaklin, I am Greek and I am a certified teacher of Greek in Greece. I have a bachelor’s degree in Greek Philology. I also have a master’s degree in teaching Greek as a foreign language. Over the last 7 years, I have been teaching Modern Greek, ancient Greek as well as Greek literature and history both in person and via Skype. I speak English, French, and Spanish, so I can teach in one of these languages. And if you do not know it, you already know Greek words like democracy, Europe, psychology. So, let’s find out together even more words and phrases in Greek.

I love my job and I love to teach my language and share the culture, traditions, and customs with people from around the world. Currently, I teach Modern and Ancient Greek in a private school and in a private center and I also give students private lessons of Greek. I also love learning languages and that's why I have already learned English, Spanish and French. As a teacher, I try to adapt the lessons in students’ age, needs, purposes or interests.

내 강의 및 지도 스타일

At first, during each lesson, you will be given the material needed. My courses can include reading, listening, speaking and writing exercises as well as homework, depending on students’ needs. I like to use technology to create exercises, in order to encourage students to learn. I can also prepare you for the exams of «Ellinomatheia» or other purposes like a job interview. In each lesson we are going to learn new vocabulary, grammar, we are going to read Greek dialogues and simulate everyday dialogues in Greek. During the lessons, I focus on the production of oral speech in Greek, so that students make a quick progression.

I'm really enjoying learning Greek with Zaklin. She's very good at teaching languages from a grammatical standpoint, and is always prepared.
