I have been an Architect for 14 years and a University Professor for 12 years. I have good communication level to transmit and share ideas and I also listen carefully. I decided to be a teacher because I like to share knowledge, discuss ideas, talk about topics of global interest and sometimes controversial issues. In the University I teach sustainable architecture, that's why I like to talk about the environment, sustainable architecture, climate change and development, among others. 내 강의 및 지도 스타일
As a Native Tutor, I like to teach Spanish by practicing conversations, but I also teach grammar, writing and spelling. I know that Spanish is very broad, so we can concentrate on the topic that you like or that interests you, and that way you will feel comfortable talking and writing. We can share and read an article, see photographs or share a video to discuss later in our sessions. I have a medium level of English so you can write me in English and I help you translate.내 수업 자료

Professor Chacón and I had a very engaging talk regarding regalos—gifts, and their meanings. To me, teaching; learning; understanding; communicating; knowing; relating; and feeling, are very special gifts that uniquely equip us with the ability to better ourselves, and to allow experiences to enter our lives that would not have occurred otherwise. And, these gifts are priceless. There are a few famous quotes regarding the theme of gifts that come to mind as I write: “Friendship is a treasured gift, and every time I talk with you I feel as if I’m getting richer and richer.” “No strong emotion or experience, no friendship—can cross the path of our destiny without leaving some mark on it forever.” ES LA VERDAD!

I really enjoyed my lesson with Leandro. He shared a lot of interesting stories and facts about people, food, and life in general. This was a great opportunity for me to practice my listening comprehension and my ability to ask questions and take an active part of the conversation in Spanish. Wonderful!

Hoy, pasamos un rato con expresiones de saludar. Cuando una persona diga, “¿Cómo estás?”, casi todos responden, “Estoy bien, gracias.” Pero, cuando cosas no son así, es posible decir, en una manera de humor y verdad, “Estoy bien, gracias, aquí en la misma ciudad con la misma gente.” O “Sigo vivo.” O “Aquí vamos.” Hay otras expresiones más chistosas, pero hay que pedirle a Leandro. También aprendí: “él supo sobreponerse a la situación,” y “Ella dijo que no, de plano.” La expresión, “de plano”, es útil. Cada sesión, aprendo tales expresiones, palabras y útiles detalles de la vida suramericana. Todo de esto sólo para decir que Leandro es un maestro perfecto si te interesan el español, la vida y aumentar.
