I have no formal training as a teacher but with video calling and technology I believe I can help those looking to master the English language and be able to get around independently. I want to keep my teaching conversational style with each student and tailor the lessons to the student. I want my students to feel comfortable with me and likewise me with them and let the students choose the topics they want to discuss because usually this makes the lessons more fun and enjoyable for both of us. As previously mentioned I would like to let the student have the control of what they want to learn in the lessons. For example, if the student is fond of aircraft, as I am, we can talk about that. Or if they love dogs we can focus on talking about dogs and/or animal topics. I will also offer trial lessons for those students who are new or bit hesitant to start with a new tutor which is a great place to meet before making a longer commitment5.0
