Hi there! This is Verónica :) I’m a certified Spanish Teacher from Spain living in the USA. I'm also a language learner just like you, that's why I understand the importance of creating a relaxed environment for you to feel comfortable learning in. Five years ago I started learning English and I discovered my passion for language learning. Learning a new language has taught me more about myself, and others, and it has given me another way to see the world since language involves culture as well. I have lived in the USA for the past 4 years, so I know the struggle of expressing yourself in your target language.

I became a teacher because I love interacting with people, learning about different cultures, and helping others, so I thought that becoming a teacher would be a great way to put all of this together. I hold an ELE certification Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language, and I have learned many different teaching approaches and methods in order to best help students to reach their goals. I have a 1080p HD webcam, and a gaming headset equipped with a microphone for vocal clarity to provide you with better quality classes.

내 강의 및 지도 스타일

I like to use a communicative approach in my lessons. The lessons that I offer are: “Spanish Lessons One on One”: These are structured, but very flexible lessons. I use different resources such as books, infographics, roles plays, etc… So the lesson will be tailored according to your needs. “My Spanish Trip”: In these lessons, you’ll learn vocabulary for real situations, such as going to the store, booking a hotel room, ordering food, etc. Also Spanish for work: giving your opinion in that meeting at work, getting ready for an interview, and more. “Conversational Classes”: these lessons are for you to practice as much as possible. Here we’ll work with news, podcast, series, etc...
