Maoz is a great Hebrew teacher. I have learned so much from him in the year that we worked together. He has excellent materials and is the most patient teacher that I have ever had. He has a well-thought-out system for teaching you Hebrew in a manageable way. He is the easiest person for me to speak Hebrew with. His method is very practical. He gives you good homework and it has helped me progress much faster because of it.

Maoz is a great teacher, he can lead a 60 minutes class talking only in Hebrew with an absolute beginner like me. Astonishing patience, great abililty to nurture students respecting their natural pace of learning.

I can't believe how much progress I've made over the last 7 months with Moaz. Today we read part of an authentic Hebrew short story and discussed (in Hebrew!) elements of the culture that the story took for granted. As we read the story, Moaz asked me to categorize verbs and nouns in order to raise my awareness of vowel patterns. After that, we worked on modal verbs. Moaz worked in review of modal verbs I had previously learned, building on past knowledge and helping me better connect new knowledge too old. A great lesson once again!
