Yes I do , because there are some people who can’t control the team or make a true judgment , but they can do some of the work that any team needs, so the sum up every person around the world has talent if she / he works on , they will be important like the leader

true judgment, but who can (all the same) do some of the work (1) that any team needs. So to sum
up, every person around the world has talent and, if she or he works on it, they will be
important just like leaders are.
(1) I’d suggest using “much of the work” or “much of the other work” rather than “some of the work”, as the latter sounds a little like such people can’t do much.
