Yes, but can be improve along the away. Some people have the skill natural while others need develop this ability. In both case the leadership is inside. Of course there are those which do not fill comfortably with the idea to be a leadership, they preferer to follow rules and be redirect for instructions. Leadership brings responsibility and more attention, for those does not like the idea this can be a stressful environmental, isn`t it?

Yes, but can be improved along the away. Some people have the skill natural while others need to develop this ability. In both case the leadership is inside. Of course there are those which do not fill comfortably with the idea to be a leader, they prefer to follow rules and be redirect for instructions. Leadership brings responsibility and more attention, for those who do not like the idea this can be a stressful environmental, can't it?
