I started teaching in schools around Asia during my trips. I'm so happy to see people improving their language skills. I believe that one of the main purposes of learning a language is to be able to communicate with others and also learn about the culture. My teaching style is flexible depends on your goals. But I focus mainly on communication with some grammar exercises. Thats my kind of teaching.

Als Lehrkraft habe ich an verschiedenen Stellen wertvolle Erfahrungen gesammelt: ich habe ein Praktikum an der Deutschen Schule in Oslo absolviert, habe in Deutschland mit jungen Menschen gearbeitet, die Deutsch als Fremdsprache lernten und als Privattutorin Englisch in Kambodscha unterrichtet. Als Lehrkraft möchte ich stets die Perspektive der Lernenden einbeziehen, da ich selbst weiß wie wichtig es ist, einen geduldigen Lehrer zu haben, der gut zuhören kann und sich der Lerngeschwindigkeit anpasst.

Was die Erklärung der Materie angeht, da bin ich sehr geduldig und werde es so lange erklären, bis es der Person aufdämmert. Während des Unterrichts versuche ich entspannt die Dinge zu erläutern (selbstredend nicht so, dass alle einschlafen) und die freundliche Atmosphäre zu bewahren. Wichtig ist für mich auch, dass sich jeder frei fühlt und sich nicht scheut seine Gedanken auf Deutsch auszudrücken oder die entstehenden Fragen zu stellen.
