It’s important for me that you feel relaxed in our lessons, so you will feel more comfortable speaking. I’m kind and very patient. Through my own experience I know that language learning is not linear, sometimes you find it easy and learn a lot and sometimes it can be frustrating. I want to help you to overcome any obstacles in your language learning and have fun on the way. Es ist wichtig, dass du dich im Unterricht wohl fühlst, sodass dir das Sprechen leichter fällt. I became a teacher on italki to teach a rare and quite complicated language to all the people around the world who are interested in it and to those who have just fun to learn new things. I am a really relaxed person, pretty communicative and motivated so that I think a lesson with me is more fun than work and that's how I think it should be. For both sides. Teacher and student! A lot of fun with interesting conversations because I think you learn way faster if you do it with fun. I learned a foreign language and I know how hard it can be to step out of the comfort zone to start a conversation but you don't need to worry. I will lead you through the lesson in an comfortable way ;)

I have been teaching on Italki for almost four years now. I can look back on teaching people from dozens of countries around the world. Young, old, children, teenagers, business people, students - people from all kinds of cultures and with unique expectations. Additionally, I had been a student myself on Italki for about another two years before. I know how it feels like to attend your first lesson ever and what you need to have a fun, enjoyable and worthwhile lesson. Anyone is welcome and I would love to be your German teacher, too.

Da ich bereits in Kindheitstagen stets geschickt im Gebrauch mit meiner Muttersprache war und ich große Freude im Schreiben fand, empfahlen mir meine Lehrer wiederholt, nach Schulabschluss Deutschlehrer zu werden. Aus sportlichen Gründen entschied ich mich jedoch für einen anderen Studienweg. Hier in Viet Nam nun als Online-Tutor Studenten auf ihrem Weg zur Meisterung der deutschen Sprache zu begleiten, scheint mir die ideale Möglichkeit zu sein, dem Rat meiner Lehrer schlussendlich zu folgen. Der Gedanke, Menschen unabhängig ihrer Herkunft online unterrichten zu können, um Sie bei dem Erreichen ihrer Ziele zu unterstützen, bereitet mir jetzt schon Freude.

Mein Unterricht ist zielorientiert und strukturiert und mir ist es sehr wichtig, die Inhalte genau auf die Wünsche der Schüler*innen abzustimmen. Ich achte darauf, meinen Teilnehmer*innen die Zeit zu geben, die sie brauchen und den Unterricht mit Humor und Kreativität zu gestalten. Gleichzeitig liegt mein Fokus darauf, die deutsche Sprache mit Präzision und Klarheit zu vermitteln. My lessons are goal-oriented and have a clear structure. It is very important to me to tailor the content to the students´ wishes. I make sure to give my students the time they need and I also use humor and creativity to activate learning. At the same time, I take great care to communicate clearly and concisely.

Language lessons can be fun, but language-learning is certainly time-consuming and occasionally frustrating. I am therefore aiming at establishing collaborative relationships with my clients to keep them inspired and motivated throughout the journey. I’ve started private teaching in 2014. I have no accent, and I teach in standard German. In the beginning I taught people from East Asia, but today my students are coming from all over the world. I'm particularly interested in languages like Japanese, Chinese and Korean. Right now I'm trying to master Japanese. Understanding how these languages are structured gives me the opportunity to teach you German in a more understandable way. In addition, I can help you, to pass the TestDaF, which is the general German language test for foreigners, who want to start studying at a German University. I've also experience in preparing students for the DSH language test and the Goethe-Zertifikat.

Ich unterrichte seit 10 Jahren an verschiedenen Schulen SchülerInnen unterschiedlichen Alters. Zurzeit unterrichte ich an einer Grundschule und einem Gymnasium. Ich habe daher sowohl Erfahrungen im Unterrichten von Kindern als auch Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen. Auf Grund meiner Unterrichtserfahrung und eigenen beruflichen Erfahrungen kann ich in vielen verschiedenen Bereichen helfen: Kurse für Kinder und Jugendliche, allgemeine Sprachkurse, Schreibtraining, Konversationstraining, Deutsch für den Beruf (Büro und Tourismus), akademisches Schreiben, Wissenschaftssprache etc. Ich bin eine sehr geduldige und positive Person und möchte, dass meine SchülerInnen Freude beim Lernen haben!

I have always enjoyed teaching and sharing knowledge with the people around me, so giving language classes is something that comes quite natural to me. I'm a very patient person and it gives me great satisfaction to see my students progress, each one at their on individual pace. Making students feel at ease is essential for me, especially since we try to speak German as much as possible from the first lesson. I have lots of different materials, pdfs, videos, worksheets and online exercises to facilitate fun and engaging lessons that make your learning journey easy. I always adapt my material to the needs of my students, so please tell me about your goals and needs in advance.

I have been teaching many students for three years, so I have already some experience in teaching. I am a very patient teacher. It is no problem for me to repeat things, which my student did not understand. I create every lesson indiviudally, because I think that this is the best way to improve the language skills of my students. I would be glad to see you soon in one of my lessons!

Während meines Studiums in Russland habe mehrmals Praktika in staatlichen Schulen und in einem Kinderferienlager absolviert. Nebenan habe ich einige Jahre in Sprachschulen und als Privatlehrerin gearbeitet. Ich habe viele Erfahrungen mit verschiedenen Altersgruppen gesammelt. Heute studiere ich an der LMU in München an der Fakultät für Sprach- und Literaturwissenschaften im Studiengang Deutsch als Fremdsprache, um meine Kenntnisse im Lehrbereich weiter zu vertiefen.

I understand that the students have little time and I believe in small portions on a regular basis. It will be more helpful to speak 2 times a week for 30 minutes than, 1 time for 60. I want you to get where you want to be with the German language. For this, it would be helpful to know your goals. I will give you my ideas and introduce you to what helped me acquire fluency in 5 languages. However, it is all up to you, and the most important is that you are enjoying the classes.

My goal as a teacher is that you get the most out of the class. How do I want to achieve that? 1) Create a comfortable atmosphere: You have to be relaxed and feel comfortable in order to learn. I will try to create a very comfortable atmosphere so you can concentrate on the lesson. 2) Teaching a fun class: The class should be fun and interesting, that’s when we get the best results. I would love to know about topics that interest you and consider them in my preparation of the class. 3) Speak as much German as possible: You have to get used to the structure, the sound and the rhythm of the language. That's why I want to encourage you that we speak as much German as possible during the class.

My main concern is that you get out of the lessons what you expect and what your goal is.

Learning is all about the student, not the teacher. It's an individual, active process of acquiring knowledge and applying it. My role as a teacher is to be a guide and facilitator in this process.

I have 6 years experience of language teaching, especially face to face classes online or presencial. My students are mainly native portuguese students but I am used to teach speakers from a wide range of languages.

I have always been tutoring others in languages as it is one of my key talents to explain difficulties to people in a thorough manner. I have traveled overseas to teach students of different levels and ages. I also taught as an online teacher for several years and I obtained several certificates throughout my years of teaching.

I myself have learned many foreign languages. I can relate to a situation when you start learning, it all goes well for a while and then it all just stops and no matter what you do, you cannot move on and improve your language level. I've developed different strategies that worked for myself and for my students and I will be happy to share them with you.
