私は教職経験のない新人教師です。これまでに携わった「非公式な」教育活動といえば、家庭教師や学校プロジェクトのリーダー、そして宗教活動の一環としての指導ぐらいです。 レッスン形式・教え方
私の指導スタイルは対話型と言えます。生徒の興味や適性に応じて最適な支援方法を見極めるため、まずは生徒自身を理解する必要があります。 また、教える過程で忍耐力といった資質をどう活かすかも学びました。学習全般にストレスが伴うものですが、特に外国語習得はより大きな負担となることを理解しているからです。教材は教科書から動画まで幅広く活用し、生徒が最も興味を示すもの、そして最も効果的な指導法を選択します。教材

It also familiarized me with the common challenges teachers face and how best to overcome them. To get the certification, I was required to study and take exams but most importantly, pass the exams provided by the institution.
