私は仕事において、自己責任、オープンなコミュニケーション、民主主義という価値観を尊重するよう努めている。一般的に、私は柔軟でありながら、厳しい態度をとります。生徒が自ら設定した目標に到達するために、励ましが必要な場合は、それを見極めるようにしています。
私は、特に言語についてのアイデアや考えを交換するインタラクティブなレッスンが好きです。 レッスン形式・教え方
私の考えでは、言語を習得する鍵は、その言語をできるだけ多く使うことである。私はひとつの方法を信じているわけではないが、言語はもっと効率的に教えることができると思う。正式な文法は、言語とその構造を理解するためのツールであるべきで、学習の基礎ではない。
私の意見では、イディオムや句構造、言語の語彙は文化にも影響を与える。異なる言語の表現方法について情報交換することで、その言語の学習がより興味深いものになることも多い。教材

Our 30 minute lesson went well. Lauri quickly identified with me what to focus on and set up an exercise. We watched two videos with more normal speaking and practiced listening comprehension. I can now work a little more on my own and pick up from there during our next lesson. Lauri also recommended some things to try with textbooks.
