ESL教師になって約9年になります。
あらゆるレベル、年齢、ほとんどの国籍の生徒を教えてきました。
これまで7つの学校で教えてきました。
最初は中国の上海で教えていましたが、私の住むトロントで国際的なクラスを教える方が興味深く、ダイナミックで楽しいので好きです。
私は生徒に対してとても忍耐強く、直感的でクリエイティブです。私は生徒が考え終わった後に添削しますし、話す瞬間に必要なことを正確に教えます。 レッスン形式・教え方
私のレッスンでは、学習者を飽きさせず、モチベーションを維持させることを第一に考えている。
そのためにはどうすればいいのでしょうか？
1.ニーズ・アセスメントあなたの興味、言語目標、長所、短所、学習スタイルを把握します。
2.レッスンは常に興味深く、楽しく、創造的なものにします。(絵、物語、ゲーム、タングツイスター)
3.3.ティーチャートークタイム(TTT)は、文法の訂正と明確化に限定します。
4.思いがけない時にテストをします。
5.私は多くのリソースを持っているので、自分で英語を学び、練習する方法についてのヒントを与えます。
6.6.授業の前に、予習ができるように、プロンプト、課題、質問、勉強のポイントを教えます。教材

CELTA - Greystone College - 20166 hours of observed classes, essays, peer observation and feedback and supervised lessons planning. This intensive course taught me more about lesson planning, classroom management and language teaching pedagogies, which helped me in improving my methodology.

ESL teacherI was teaching beginner and pre-intermediate levels to adults up to the age of 50. My focus as a teacher was to help students use English practically and to help them prepare for KET Cambridge exams. I planned for fun, engaging lessons while balancing their academic studies with social activities.

I consistently experimented with solutions faced with new challenges in classroom management and integrating technology into the flow of the class. I developed my abilities as a teacher by reflecting on my methodologies, finding a balance between spontaneity and discipline in the classroom.
2017 - 2019
ESL teacherWorking at this school opened a lot of doors for me, including training in teaching communication skills, public speaking and academic and exam preparation. I enjoyed the dynamic collection of teachers and the constant development in their education system. I found the monthly level and class changes challenging and constructive in my adaptability and professional growth. I completed an 11 week CELTA teacher training course at their affiliated college, Greystone College.
