私は政府運営のシェルターで青少年ケアワーカー兼心理教育教師として勤務していました。最大14名の思春期の子どもたちのケアと監督を担当し、トラウマやメンタルヘルス問題による行動上の課題を抱え、24時間体制での厳重な監督が必要な青少年の監督業務に従事しました。セラピストの指示に基づき、特定の治療手順の一環として個人またはグループセラピーセッションに参加しました。
特定の身体的介入訓練を用いた介入により、児童が自身や他者を傷つけるのを防ぎます。サッカーや野球などのチームスポーツ練習に焦点を当てた身体活動技術を指導します！ レッスン形式・教え方
私の授業は主にダイナミックで参加型の形式で行います。学ぶ最良の方法は楽しみながら学ぶことです。指導スタイルは「指示（Directing）」「議論（Discussing）」「委任（Delegating）」という3つのDに基づいて考えることが有効です。5.0

Great lesson and discussion with Andy!!! Andy is very patient and helpful, and his computer set up with a professional microphone means that his voice comes through very clear!
