Excellent teacher, encouraging, provides really useful materials in lots of different formats (handouts, videos and audio files) which is handy as I am a visual learner.
Makes the seemingly impossible task of making my Spanish passable fun. Highly recommend.

Rafa uses many different tools to teach Spanish, which makes the lesson very dynamic. I enjoy the combination of reading and listening in addition to the visual tools he uses mid-lesson to demonstrate new concepts. I am at a beginner level and appreciate his approach to teaching as well as his patience; it has been working very well for me so far.
