私は教師として、また心理学者として、個人の違いや独自性を理解し、高く評価しています。私は生徒の学習に対する努力と忍耐に共感し、サポートします。私はこれまで、主に教室で、マンツーマンで、また家庭でも教えてきました。私はガーナの教員免許を持ち、基礎教育のディプロマ、政治学を含む心理学の学士号を取得しています。子供から大人まで、初心者から上級者まで幅広く教えています。 レッスン形式・教え方
意欲的で目標志向の強い教師として、私の指導スタイルは、退屈な講義を避け、生徒が学習プロセスに積極的に参加するような学習者中心のものです。私は、生徒が質問したり、自己表現したり、私と一緒に学んだことを練習したりする機会を得られるよう、助長的で穏やかな環境を提供しています。また、専門用語を使わず、レベルに合った言葉を使います。生徒の理解を助けるために、フラッシュカード、画像、ビジュアルなどの教材を使います。トピックによっては小テストや宿題を出し、生徒が自宅で自分のペースで学んだことを練習できるようにしています。教材

Dacosta was very patient during our class. He is very flexible to his students' needs. I am a heritage speaker of the language, so he was able to teach me without speaking English, therefore I received full immersion. During our class, Dacosta was able to provide explanations that many native speakers are not capable of explaining properly. I feel confident that he will be able to assist me with reaching my language goals.
