Janick is a great teacher who has helped me feel more confident about speaking aloud in German. Great balance of reviewing previous conversation material and new material and phrases. Combined with other independent study and occasional grammar classes, I went from feeling totally frustrated by not being able to speak useful sentences or phrases in German, to now feeling more composed and seeing possibilities for next level improvement. We sometimes use Japanese to fill in the language gaps, which is mutually instructive and fun. Janick also has useful insights about how to improve memory related to learning languages. Thanks for being a great teacher, and looking forward to the next class!

Unterrichten bei Janick sind so informative und macht so viel Spaß, dass ich motiviert und ermutigt fühle, Deutsch zu lernen.
