生徒との良好な関係を築くことは極めて重要だと考えています。そうすることで、私自身の指導環境がはるかにリラックスした生産的なものになるだけでなく、何よりも生徒の学習環境が向上します。生徒の目標や動機、好みの学習方法を聞くことで、彼らに適した指導法に自らを適応させることができます。私自身も語学学習者であるため、忍耐強く、新しい言語習得の難しさを理解しています。 特に重視すべき点は、生徒の関与と意欲を持続させることだと考えます。これは生徒の進歩にとって不可欠です。 レッスン形式・教え方
