最近、160時間のTEFL/TESL認定資格を取得しましたが、生涯を通じて異文化について学ぶことを楽しんできました。 現在の知的・発達障害のある方々と働く仕事では、忍耐力、創造性と注意深さの重要性を学びました。この環境で、私は現在音楽クラスと数学クラスを担当しています。数学クラスでは初級から中級レベルを対象に、小切手帳・口座・貯金の管理方法や、将来の目標に向けた資金の貯蓄・支出など、生活スキルを教えています。これらの授業で得られる前向きで持続的な反応は、私の教育への決意をさらに強固なものにしてくれました。 レッスン形式・教え方

Direct Support ProfessionalSpecial needs require patience and creativity. I have a beginner to intermediate math class going, as well as a music class for any level. We are also required by State to have training on sensitivity, teaching life lessons, teaching and supporting goals they have, overall health, and self-advocacy amongst other things. Creativity is needed for this, the individuals differ in education/comprehension levels, and then you have to find the best way to communicate to help them understand.
