私の名前はヤエルです。スペイン語では珍しい名前で、フランスではよく聞きますが、特にイスラエルではよく知られています。その名前の起源がイスラエルだからです。私はメキシコ人ですが、約10年前からスペインに住んでいます。スペイン文化もメキシコ文化も大好きです！心は両国に分かれているような気がします。アルゼンチンにも5年間住み、ドイツにも1年間住んだことがあります。いつかアジアとオーストラリアを訪れるのが夢です。 私は、他の地域の人々と話すことが好きです。そのたびに多くのことを学べるからです。それぞれの地域の異なる伝統、食べ物、哲学は、とても興味深いと思います。

I'm extremely happy with the progress I'm making in Yael's lessons. Even though the level of the class is gradually increasing in difficulty, I am enjoying it and having a lot of fun. Yael has been giving me lots of (much needed) opportunities to practice using the past tense. My confidence when speaking Spanish is growing lesson by lesson :)
