講師としての私
7年間の指導経験と、スペイン語・フランス語・ポルトガル語の学習者としての経験から、私は規律と好奇心のバランスを重視する学習哲学を確立しました。ルーティンや構造、一貫性を保ちつつ、興味と楽しみを刺激するトピックや学習方法を模索する姿勢です。
ギター奏者、作詞家、そして熱心な読書家として、興味深い物語を読み、ポッドキャストや音楽を聴くことがモチベーション維持に非常に効果的だと気づきました。言語と感情的につながることで学習が強化されるからです。このため、生徒を支援する教師としての私の重要な資質は「聴く力」であると考えています。 レッスン形式・教え方
私の指導法は3つの要素から構成されます：1. 生徒が道筋と進捗を把握し、迷うことなく理解できるルーティンと構造を提供し、生徒の自立性を育みます。これにより授業時間を会話練習に最大限活用できます。
2. 学習者のニーズを把握し、各授業を通じて英語力向上の最大の障壁を特定する。誤りを記録し、練習内容を個別化・具体化することで疑問を解消し、生徒のスキルを育成する。3. 学習者自身、そのニーズや興味を理解し、英語学習をより楽しく興味深いプロセス、ひいては容易なものとする教材やリソースを見つけ共有する。教材
