過去3年間、教師として働きながら、MATESOLを修了し、カリキュラムデザインとインストラクションの博士課程に在籍し、教えるスキルを磨いてきました。子どもから大人まで、さまざまな年齢層の方と楽しく仕事をしてきました。修士の学位に加え、マサチューセッツ州の教員免許（5年生から12年生）も取得しており、過去1年間は日本の教育委員会で働いていました。指導者としての私の最優先事項は、皆さんが成功するために必要なスキルを身につけ、成長する姿を見ることです。 レッスン形式・教え方
私のレッスンは基本的に、英語のベースがある程度ある方、趣味の探求、ライティング、スピーキングスキルの向上などを対象としています。コミュニケーション、ボキャブラリー、ライティング、リーディング、スピーキングなど、時間や勉強に必要なスキルをカバーしていきます。オンライン講師として、生徒さんのお役に立てるよう精一杯努力し、生徒さんのご希望に沿ったトピックに取り組みます。初めての生徒さんには、最初のセッションで生徒さんの英語力を把握し、どのような目標や理由があって進学を考えているのか、英語が得意になるように授業を構成していきます。ほとんどの教材はウェブから無料でダウンロードできます。教材
