ラグナ州で育った私は、タガログ語が大好きだ。タガログ語は、私の最も深いルーツとつながっていて、私がいつも持ち続けている故郷なのです。
大学や語学学校で教えた経験もありますし、企業のお客様、外交官、旅行者、起業家などに個人的に教えた経験もあります。
フィリピン研究の分野であるため、授業は言語だけにとどまりません。フィリピンの言語学、歴史、文化、社会について専門的な知識を持つ講師を期待できます。また、様々なポリグロットコミュニティに参加する熱心な言語学習者として、言語学習の世界をナビゲートします。 レッスン形式・教え方
授業はコミュニカティブ・アプローチに基づいています。フィリピン語（タガログ語）を使って、家庭での家族の集まりでの世間話、旅行中の旅程の相談、夕食を食べながら好きな映画の筋書きを語るなど、様々な文脈でコミュニケーションが取れるようになることが目標です。
第二言語習得のテクニックや原則を応用するだけでなく、プログラム全体を通して言語コーチング戦略を取り入れます。達成可能な目標を設定し、効果的な学習戦略を立て、流暢に話せるようになるための健康的な習慣を身につけます。教材

Lessons with Carmela are always absolutely fantastic! I'm a heritage learner with loads of language learning experience and already spoke in another Filipino language. Carmela adapted straight away and we've gone at a pace that suits me perfectly! My level in these lessons have gone from zero to being able to hold a conversation on a variety of topics very quickly and we're now expanding on verbs to make our conversations more and more complicated. I love grammar and Carmela answers all my grammar-related questions with great examples. After every single lesson I leave with a wealth of knowledge and excited for our next class!!

Always a great and FUN lesson! I had to take a few weeks off with my new work schedule, but Carmela was great (like always) with gauging where I was with my Tagalog and how comfortable I felt picking the language back up. She is the best!
