I have been teaching German since 2014. I will design the lessons according to your needs. If you would like to improve speaking, we can do conversation classes on topics such as travel, culture, music, art, sports, your job and much more. If you would like to improve your pronunciation and vocabulary, we can read short texts together and discuss them. Maybe you intend to work or study in Germany in the near future, then I can prepare you for your new job or university.

Since 2007, I have been teaching German as a foreign language in Taipei, Taiwan to Chinese native speakers. Because I had had an interest in the Chinese language and culture for many years, in 2005 I moved to Taiwan to learn Mandarin Chinese. At some point during my stay I had to start looking for work and ended up teaching German at a local language center. Right from the start I loved teaching German and since then have kept on working as a language instructor with a passion, gaining experience over the years and keeping up with improving my skills and expanding my knowledge up to this day.

Before iTalki, I volunteered to teach German and Math to Syrian refugees in refugee camps. It was there that I've discovered that I love teaching. --- I follow my own Teaching Philosophy: My goal is to teach you how to teach yourself a language with the tools I have provided here. Essentially, I want to make you an independent learner - an autodidact/self-learner - who can master the German language largely on his own in his spare time: Consequently, I do believe that your progress depends largely on you. In meinem Sprachtraining waren bereits viele Ärzte und Krankenschwestern, die B1 und B2 Zertifikate abgelegt haben.

As a passionate Language Teacher and Learner, I worked as a private tutor to teach my foreign friends and cliental Chinese, and at the same time teach my chinese friends German. I am a Person of communicativness and Curiosity , so I often encourage my students to keep practicing from the very beginning, and don't be afraid to make mistakes! I have recently completed the 180 Hour TEFL Course. I have been teaching German online. When I lived in Germany, we learned that the best way to improve your language skills is to speak. Similarly as a teacher, I believe interacting and speaking a language improves confidence and builds vocabulary.

I see myself as a coach more than as a tutor or a teacher. This is because of my extensive experience, where I learned that language learners improve much better if they feel themselves in a secure setting, where they are not judged but counselled, where they can speak openly without limits about whatever crosses their minds. It’s in such a setting where creative and intuitive learning comes into play, which makes the process an enjoyable experience. And this is the point where language learning gets on a track where motivation never lacks, because learning is fun and satisfying. The study material I will send you during each lesson ensures you have enough activities for the week.

I teach Italian, German, English, Spanish, Russian, French, Dutch, Catalan, Portuguese, Greek, Hindi, Arabic and Esperanto (at different levels). I specialise in multilingual teaching (up to 10 languages in one course) and I am a certified language examiner for English, Italian, Russian, French, German and Spanish. I hold an MA in International Communication, an MA in Didactics, two BAs in Translating and Interpreting and a CELTA (Certification in English Language Teaching to Adults).
