I major in educatican in university and postgraduate, so I have plenty of educational knowledge and theoretical accumulation. Since graduation, I have been engaged in English teaching for more than 6 years. I have rich practical teaching experience. I will flexibly deal with various problems that arise during the teaching process. The teaching plan will also be adjusted according to the needs of students and their different learning purposes. My classroom is always student-centered and the teacher only guides and encourage them when appropriate.
