Hello! My name is Diane! I am from the Philippines. I speak 2 languages and 4 different dialects here in the Philippines fluently. English and Filipino/Tagalog are the major languages spoken here in our country! I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from STI College Philippines, and I also attended one year course in Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics at Adventist University of the Philippines. I personally love to travel! I am a Vegan for 8 years now and my passion and number one hobby is cooking and baking! Sharing without expecting anything in return has always been my life motto.

Che tipo di insegnante sono

In my class, I work with wonderful enthusiasm and positivity. I’m interested in many different topics, and I’m happy to focus on my learners’ goals. I help students from all ages, beginner to advanced. My lessons are easy to learn, like helping each student with no rushing and pressure. As a language tutor, I see to it that my student has more speaking moment during our lessons for him/her to be able to practice and improve quickly, depending on the situation.

My lessons are personalized specially for every student’s needs. Easy and fun activities, homeworks and weekly quizzes to sharpen the student's vocabulary and other language skills. I have prepared and will prepare presentations and pdf or word document files for students as it is easier to learn something if it is paired with visual materials and real life conversations that are engaging and relatable to them. Another teaching style is to let the student have a Filipino movie watching assignment and the day after will be the story review. I will make sure that my prepared lessons will also be very suitable to the student’s level of proficiency, whether it be a beginner lesson to advanced.
