I also pay attention to details such as absolutely correct grammar and orthography. That doesn't mean, however, that my lessons are dry. I'm always ready for a joke to make a lesson fun. My students also appreciate my famous drawings that explain a language problem in a fun and easy-to-remember way. That's why my students call me Markus Picasso.

I try to make the lessons exciting and varied. I'm not a friend of just teaching grammar. I make you speak, read, write and listen and encourage you to just try and go ahead. You don't have to be afraid of making mistakes. Since I know various languages, I can also understand why students make certain mistakes and explain accordingly. A wonderful lesson with Markus, going through the speaking part of the B1 TELC exam. It is really beneficial to have feedback from an expert, as it helps build our confidence. Now we feel much more confident going into the exam!
