I am here to teach you the Romanian language from a new perspective, that of a long time Romanian expat, with an objective view of what makes the Romanian language and culture different - because when you learn a new language, vocabulary means nothing without the context it comes from. To help you form that context, I will use my experience of teaching English from the time I lived in Indonesia, but especially my perspective as a foreign language student. Depending on the level of each student, we will decide whether to focus more on grammar or vocabulary and culture, which I call the context of the language. I prefer teaching methods that are as interactive as possible. I use a lot of audio-video and media, which I feel offer the learner of a new language, a more tangible learning outcome.Il mio materiale didattico

Teacher Mihai is very patient and base on my English level speaking slowly and explain to me an easier way to understand the Romanian language. He listened to my needs and adapted the lesson for me. Thank you for giving me the chance to speak the Romanian language without shyness and fear.

It was a pleasant session, just like the previous ones. Once again, I learned new words and expressions while having a relaxed chat. I immensely enjoy practicing with you, because, in the lessons, you adjust to my preferences, show patience and tolerance to my tomfoolery. Your sense of humor and ability to see familiar things from an unusual perspective are just impressive. You always find synonyms to the words I already know, as well as, vivid examples for the new lexical items. Sunt binecuvântată că ești profesorul meu!
