I have taken many lessons so far with Jess and I can definitely notice my improvement in speaking as well as in my confidence in trying to speak from our first lesson til now. I really like how when talking about different topics she just lets you talk freely and makes corrections afterwards. I think when teachers interrupt constantly while you are trying to make a sentence it discourages you to talk, but with Jess's method It is alot easier to talk comfortably without feeling anxious. I like also the subject we talk about are never the same so I am learning many different kinds of vocabulary. The good thing about Jess's classes is she can take basically any topic you talk about and adapt it to your level of speaking, so you can talk about politics if you are a beginner, or favorite food's if you are advanced what ever your interests and this is rare to find in teachers usually

Today was my first class with Jess and it was amazing :) I love the combination of writing and speaking. Jess makes the lesson very fun and there was not one minute without talking, it is amazing how she keeps the conversation going! highly recommend

I am enjoying my classes with Jess so much! I have a real issue with confidence when speaking Korean, but today I spoke so much that an hour completely flew by, thanks to the comfortable atmosphere Jess creates and the interesting topics she provides. As usual, Jess corrected my awkward sentences with kindness, taught me useful new words, and shared interesting snippets of Korean culture with me. I can't wait for the next class!

It’s been a really long time since I had a lesson with Jess, and I really enjoyed it. Before the lesson I was asked to write an A4 page on a specific topic, and we spent the lesson going through this and correcting any errors. 선생님 is so encouraging and patient.
