Hi, my name is Bernice and I live in Melbourne, Australia. I was born in the Philippines and moved to Australia with my family when I was 3 years old. I can speak English and Tagalog fluently and I am currently learning French. I know how difficult it is to learn a language and some of the challenges that arise so I can empathize with you in your language learning journey.

Che tipo di insegnante sono

I believe that in order to learn a language you need to speak as much as possible with someone supportive and patient. That's me! I also believe that language learning has to be fun and I can help you to speak and learn English the way it is actually spoken (not textbook English). I am happy to help you achieve your goals in a natural, relaxed and informal way.

Le mie lezioni e il mio metodo di insegnamento

Lessons with me will be engaging, fun, and very relaxed. We can focus on anything you like, whether that is preparing for an interview, daily conversational practice, English for travel etc. Whatever it is, I am excited to help you achieve your goals. We can read a text together, watch short clips, talk about certain subjects, and if you are interested I am happy to give you homework. Feel free to send me a message if you have a special request or have any further questions.

La scelta dell'insegnante

It was heaps good. Bernice is easy to talk to and she taught me some of the australian slangs and got to know more about workplace culture here in the AU. Gave me tips on how to improve my english to hold casual converasations which are really helpful. Double thumbs up!
