Hello! My name is Sergio. I'm an Italian living in Australia. I speak Italian and English. I'm an Information Technology and Basketball passionate. In my spare time I love to walk, yoga and food. I am interested in different cultures and I love travelling. I enjoy talking to people from all over the world. I am friendly and easy-going. I am open minded and accepting of all beliefs, faiths, and cultures. I am very easy to talk to, and I enjoy speaking about a lot of different topics. I believe that language learning is an important part of life, and that everyone should speak more than one language, as it helps us break down the barriers between people all over the world.

Che tipo di insegnante sono

I love my native language and for me it is a pleasure to transfer it to you. I know that every student has a different way of learning, so I make sure I treat each student as an individual. I have a wide range of knowledge on many topics, so we will never be short on things to talk about. IMPORTANT: as a Community Tutor, I do not teach children. I recommend a Professional Teacher for children.

Le mie lezioni e il mio metodo di insegnamento

My goal is to make every lesson fun and interesting. I like to get to know my students, and make a connection with them so they feel comfortable to talk and won't worry about making mistakes! My lessons are casual, and informal. I will ask about you, your life, your goals and ambitions, your past, your interests, and you can ask me the same! We can really talk about anything! I challenge my students by using vocabulary they might not be familiar with, and by asking questions that gently push their Italian ability. IMPORTANT: as a Community Tutor, I do not teach children. I recommend a Professional Teacher for children.
