On italki, I've taught students from ages 2 to 60, I taught beginners, intermediate, and highly advanced students. I've taught skills, grammar, and vocabulary lessons as well as specialized lessons like Business English, Travel English, English Literature and test preparation (IELTS, FCE, TOEFL).
Outside of italki, I've taught beginner English speakers and tutoring intermediate English students. During my stay in Chile I helped teach students, ages 5-7, in the English as a Second Language program in my school as a volunteer. I also helped prepare young students, ages 10-18, for the First Certificate in English (FCE) after school. Le mie lezioni e il mio metodo di insegnamento
Language learning should be self-directed (by the student) and goal-oriented. Also, I believe that practical language goals should cover the four pillars of language learning, namely: reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Thus, our first class will be used to establish what your goals are. I will assign homework to you based on your predetermined goals. In our lesson, we will review the homework and I will ask you questions in relation to it. Also, I will give you a presentation and we will play games to practice:

Verb Tenses
Idioms and Common Phrases
Etc.
