My philosophy is: “Let’s go to work (together) side by side to achieve your language goals and reach fluency”. Let me give you support, accompaniment and motivation to walk this road.
My students say that I’m very patient, organized, encouraging, funny and easy to talk to. I always try to focus on my students' language weaknesses, needs and preferences.

I have accumulated over 10,000 hours teaching Spanish (ELE) in many environments. I have worked one-on-one in private lessons, with groups at a university, and online with various language-learning platforms. Le mie lezioni e il mio metodo di insegnamento
My lessons involve the crucial areas of language learning: speaking, listening, writing, reading, and modern and useful vocabulary. I like to share insights on cultures of different parts of the Spanish-speaking world, in reference to Latin America and Spain.
I offer Spanish from Latin America and Spain in structured grammar lessons using professional and interesting materials. Conversational practices build confidence and fluency. Spanish for medical personnel, lawyers and business people is highlighted.
Conversation-based lessons start using a topic, an article, or a video to respond to. We can include related grammar, vocabulary and specific language skills.

Elena is a wonderful teacher! She has really helped me fix a lot of errors I had cemented over years of not having anyone help correct me. She is very kind when giving feedback and encourages questions and doubts you may have. She takes notes on your strengths and areas for improvements and tailors lessons to what you want to learn. She is a university professor in Spanish and you get to have a 1-on-1 lesson. What a steal! Highly recommend her as a teacher!!!

Elena is great, she has by far been the best spanish teacher I've had. If you are looking to become fluent in your speech and not just study grammar, Elena is the best. Over the last few sessions we have gone over exam style questions and content for the Dele A2 exam I will be taking.

Great class with Elena. She is an excellent teacher. My lessons involve the crucial areas of language learning - speaking, listening, writing, reading and vocabulary. Elena shares insights on cultures of different parts of the Spanish speaking world. She's also super encouraging and super sweet. I feel like I'm learning a lot and also speaking more, thanks to her.
