Students feel at ease with me, and that's by design. I am as comfortable teaching food vocabulary to a beginner as I am tackling complex policy topics with a C1 student. I draw people out and get them talking, all the while watching for their motivation. It gives me a lot of satisfaction to see you make progress, and having specific goals helps.

I’ve been teaching Farsi, English and Spanish since 2009. After teaching different students and trying various methods, I have come to believe everyone learns through their own unique way. Therefore, I would love to take the time to understand how my students learn and to use that knowledge to expedite their improvement. I have been teaching Business English and General English for over 10 years to groups as well as one-to-one. I have lived and worked in 7 different countries. I have also worked as a Centre Manager for Summer Schools in the UK with a large staff under me. I am well organised, reliable and punctual. I have given mostly face-to-face lessons but of course, online learning has increased over the past few years. I have taught online using Cisco Webex as well as telephone lessons to students who are good enough to make them worthwhile and productive rather than frustrating and too difficult to keep track.
