For me, teaching is always a win-win situation. Teaching little kids has taught me to be more patient, while some of my adult students have taught me with their progress that persistence and dedication always pay off. My objective as your teacher is to help you learn the Spanish that will allow you to successfully face any situation you may encounter, whether that is an interview, an exam, a social event: I want you to reach your own learning goals. I expect students to be patient with themselves and have the willingness to learn. NOTE: I'm not teaching kids at the moment.

Me gustaría enseñar a las personas que desean aprender español con conversaciones fluidas y métodos sencillos y de fácil entendimiento.

Llevo más de un año realizando lecciones en Italki, con más de 100 estudiantes, lo cual me ha permitido adquirir experiencia y conocimiento acerca de los mejores métodos para practicar lo que sabes y aprender cosas nuevas. Me encantaría que habláramos sobre tus gustos y tus temas de interés, sobre nuestros países, nuestras culturas, música, pasatiempos, y mucho más. I had the chance to have great language teachers at school and I naturally decided to become one and travel the world to teach French. Learning and speaking other languages (I recently took the C2-level Spanish DELE and I'm learning Portuguese) allows me to put myself in my students' shoes and have a better understanding about their difficulties.

I have been an Online Spanish tutor for almost two years. During this time I've been able to teach and enjoy the progress of more than 30 students. Spanish is my native language. However, I started learning English and French at a very young age.

I like to do dynamic lessons, work with different activities, and practice different abilities to make the lesson interesting and entertaining. I will have all the patience and go with your rhythm. Me gusta hacer la clase dinámica, trabajar con varias actividades y habilidades para que la clase sea amena e interesante. Tendré toda la paciencia para ir a tu ritmo de aprendizaje. Para ello empecé a estudiar y a trabajar duro: Primero me gradué en Filología Española en la Universidad de Valladolid, después me mudé a Madrid para seguir mi aventuray allí estudié el Máster en Enseñanza de Español como Lengua Extranjera, y empecé con mi primera experiencia como profesora en la Universidad de Zadar, Croacia. Volví a Valladolid para terminar mi formación y estudié un Máster en Enseñanza Secundaria con la especialidad de Lengua y Literatura. Este recorrido ha sido muy importante para conocer mi lengua desde todos los puntos de vista: fonética, fonología, lingüística, pragmática... ¡Recordad que no es suficiente con ser nativo!

I've been teaching here for a while and right now I'm a conversational tutor because I know it's the most important and difficult aspecto to improve when you're learning a language. I've volunteer as an english teacher before in a primary school and I'm also a tutor at my university, so I'm a patient person when it comes to teaching. My main goal is to create an enviroment where you feel comfortable asking me any questions you want and actually improving your spanish.

Since I have already taken three years of lessons in iTalki as a student when learning german and now russian, I know what it feels like to be on the other side of the screen, excited and curious about learning a new language. Besides, I am currently working at my local highschool, giving public speaking and debate lessons and have a years' worth of experience working here in iTalki, achieving wonderful results with my students. Most importantly, I want to make sure that you have a good time when learning spanish and that you enjoy yourself as much as possible, because the results are so much more rewarding when you had a great experience when in the process of getting to them!

First of all, usually in the first lesson I like to test the student's level in the language during the conversation I check their vocabulary and fluency in the language, also the grammar, at the same time I can know their goals in the language and needs. I like to take notes during the conversation, I have a little notebook for that, there I write the mistakes that my students are making and then I tell them the correct way to say it. I personalize the lessons according to their needs and goals and I always prepare for each lesson I have.

Soy licenciada en Teoría de la Literatura y Literatura Comparada así como también tengo un Máster en Comunicación. He realizado un curso de Español para extranjeros (ELE) avalado por la universidad de Barcelona, así como un curso para especializarme en la enseñanza online. He impartido clases a adultos de todas las nacionalidades y de todos los niveles (A1-C2) en distintas escuelas avaladas por el Instituto Cervantes. He dado tanto clases de grupo como individuales y online, así como Cursos de Preparación para el examen Dele, Español para Negocios, Conversación entre muchos otros cursos de Español para para extranjeros.

Tengo 2 año de experiencia enseñando español a niños y adultos extranjeros, utilizando diferentes métodos de enseñanza. Como profesor me gusta adaptarme a la necesidad y tipo de aprendizaje de los estudiantes. Basándome en la teoría de los diferentes estilos de aprendizaje del psicólogo David Kolb, iremos desarrollando clases que se adapten a cada individuo. Esto no significa que el material cambiará por estudiante, solo significa que su manera de aprenderlo será diferente. Esto aplica tanto para niños como para adultos.

Como una ex-locutora de radio, he trabajado hablando con muchas personas de diferentes países y culturas. I am an optimistic, energetic and lively person who believes that language learning is learning about a new culture, a new way of being and a different way of feeling and behaving. My creative personality seems to have made of me an effective teacher and communicator among my learners. I enjoy teaching languages and my students seem to like that!

Soy hablante nativa del idioma Español y por ser de una ciudad de la costa, tengo mi acento muy marcado y muy fácil de entender. En el idioma inglés soy nivel C1 lo cual puede ayudar a entendernos, especialmente si estas en un nivel básico de Español. Lo mas importante para mi es que ames lo que haces pero mas aún que aprendas, por eso en mis clases pretendo mezclar conversaciones formales y una parte recreativa e interactiva. Por ejemplo: música, dibujos, videos, etc.
