I'm a second-year English major but have been teaching English for the past five years. As a fellow non-native speaker, I know what it's like to go through the process of learning the English language so you can count on me to support you on your journey to fluency.

My experience in learning English started when I was five and for sure it will never end. I love to devote myself to the needs of my students, to understand what interests you the most and then to prepare lesson based on your affinities. I also noticed that with great students I'm becoming better teacher as well.

I teach English, Italian and Serbian at all levels. I can provide you with useful tips and you will learn how to properly pronounce the words, you will be able to expand your vocabulary and you are going to learn how to hold a conversation even with a native speaker.

I had a one year praxis in High School where I have been teaching English to Middle School students. After our first class, when I see your knowledge of language you are learning, I will prepare materials for the following classes. My classes are very interesting and easy to focus on. Learning a new language is a very demanding process. In addition to learning the vocabulary and grammar rules, you also need to know the social context of the language in order to be able to learn it in the best possible way. Since I am learning a new language myself, I believe that I can perceive the learning process both from the teacher's and the student's perspective, and in the most appropriate way to approach our common project, your Serbian language learning. As I am also a certified trainer for public speaking and communication, and given the experience in this field that I have gained by engaging in the NGO sector, I believe that together we can achieve good results.

Anyone who is willing to learn and improve their language skills is welcomed to my class! I am patient and easy going, so, no matter what your language level is, as long as you are eager to learn, I would definitely be more than happy to help you. I like an effective way of communication where I can learn about your language level and preferred style of lesson, so I can prepare accordingly.

I have about two years of teaching experience mostly teenagers and adults. I started learning other languages online by myself and this experience made me start to teach others because I know which kind of difficulties They can encounter.

I started taking English classes when I was 7 years old. From that point on, I have continuously studied it. I began teaching classes informally when I was 15, continuing to this day. I have been teaching both adults and children, and have seen a drastic improvement in their confidence to speak the language.

Teaching is my passion, and I adore my job. I know that the power of the teacher-student relationship is fantastic! :) A conversation is an essential part of my lessons. I always use Google documents in classes, so you can follow what I write, and I can follow what you write. After our lessons, I put the new vocabulary there, grammar notes, and homework, and you write the homework there also. In the next lesson, before talking about homework, I always check the new vocabulary. What I put into Google doc - I expect you to know next time. :) What else? Ah, mistakes. Mistakes are the best way to learn; that's why I always let my students find their mistakes. :)

When I teach, I always give a 100% during the class. I try to ask the right questions so the students could be the ones that mostly do the speaking part because that's how they learn to communicate.

I have always been tutoring others in languages as it is one of my key talents to explain difficulties to people in a thorough manner. I have traveled overseas to teach students at different levels and ages. I also taught as an online teacher for several years and I obtained several certificates throughout my years of teaching.

As a little girl I learned English through cartoons, and at the age of 7 I already started learning English at school. My further education, Law school, travels and meeting people from different countries have helped me to understand various accents. Because of my passion of meeting people, learning their cultures and customs I have decided to start a new journey as an iTalki tutor. I love teaching students of all ages, and I believe that learning a language should be a fun and enjoyable process, so I always try to make my students feel comfortable and without pressure. Also, I adapt quickly to different levels of language, and I try to customise the classes to the needs of students.

I am very communicative and understanding, also I am used to working with people, listening, and helping them improve themselves. I want to motivate my students to learn the language by talking about things they love and exploring new themes throughout lessons. Help them widen their vocabulary and start talking naturally. I will do research on my student's interests after our first lesson and getting to know each other so in our next lesson I can guide them to say what's on their mind without worrying about the complexity of their sentences. The most important thing is that my students enjoy my lessons and have fun in the whole learning process.
