As a teacher, face to face or distance, I'm focused on delivering customized, individually tailored lessons to reach student's personal needs. So, the first thing I want to understand is why the student wants or needs to learn Macedonian. This helps me tailor my lessons choosing appropriate teaching strategies and creating appropriate learning resources. The real excitement comes from the fact that learning the language, you can learn a lot about the customs, food, history, literature, film, music, art and about people's everyday life. I try to incorporate this in my lessons.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in English Philology and TEFL, and I am currently pursuing my Master's Degree in International Business and Foreign Languages. I first became aware of my teaching performance during my teaching practice that my undergraduate program provided. I taught high school students for a whole semester under the supervision of a university professor in Methodology of Teaching English as a Foreign Language. Ever since, I have been able to inspire my students to strive for, and achieve excellence. I am patient and able to break down complex words in simple terms. My students say I am able to empathize with them and have appreciation for what they are going through.

I have been teaching English for over 20 years, and Macedonian and Serbian for about 5 years. My classes are student centered, so my priority is to assess what the students need and what their learning style is. Once I find out what is important for the students, I tailor my lessons to them and personalize my instruction. The most important factor for me in learning languages is to enjoy and have fun during the process.

I have been teaching on "Italki" from September 2017, but I also have an experience of giving lessons to my fellow colleagues in the university where I studied. Since June 2019 I have successfully completed my studies and I have obtained my Bachelor's Degree in English and currently I've begun studying Russian language and literature at the state university in Skopje. For two years I followed a course where we were taught how to teach and what methods to use, and what approach to take in specific situations. I believe that all of this will allow me to help you with any problem that you may face during our lessons.

I am an experienced instructor and native speaker of Macedonian. I have 20 years of experience in teaching, and in 2008 I began to offer online lessons. In my classes, I exclusively use materials in Macedonian, Serbian, and Croatian, as well as own personal materials. It is also worth mentioning that I am a strong supporter of the modern communicative approach.
