I have been teaching people of all ages and all levels at a local adult college, a Japanese school, online classes, and private lessons since 2012. I have taught many students from the UK, France, Spain, Italy, India, Hong Kong, Greece, Switzerland, Germany, Poland, Hungary, America, Russia, Brasil, Hungary etc.

If you don't show up within 10 minites of lesson start, the lesson will be cancelled.

For my Japanese Beginners class, I like using a textbook called “Japanese for busy people book 1”. Even if you don’t understand Hiragana and Katakana, you can still understand the textbook in Roma-ji, so you will be able to learn grammar and vocabulary smoothly. Of course, Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji are very important to master Japanese, so I can help you to memorize them step by step through lessons and homework. My first priority is to get you talking in Japanese from the very first lesson so you can start using whatever you learn as quickly as possible.
If you are not a beginner, please let me know what materials you prefer. I have MInnnano nihongo , Genki, Japanese for busy people.Mes ressources d'enseignement

Akiko Sensei is a very kind and bubbly teacher! I practiced for my interview with her today, and she was extremely encouraging and gave me precious advice. She corrected my mistakes gently and made me feel good about the skills I already have while giving me motivation to better those that I still lack. I highly recommend Akiko Sensei and will be taking lessons with her in the future as well ! :)

My first lesson with Akiko Sensei was great, she spoke Japanese at a level I could understand, and any words I got stuck on she explained them for me. Her teaching style feels really natural and I found myself speaking more Japanese than I expected I could! ありがとうございます
