Being a teacher is one of the greatest choices I have ever made. I enjoy teaching because it gives me a platform to find so many tools and strategies to help someone learn. I’m a patient, flexible and fun teacher, I like to bring comfort into learning but also I take it serious because I don’t like wasting people’s time. I’m a teacher who understands that people make mistakes and that’s okay as long as we learn from them. I like to see results and I also like to see my learners enjoy learning. This tends to make things easy for my learners and somehow it motivates them. I always make sure that at the end of my lesson a student leaves with some knowledge. This is very important to me. I will focus on beginner and intermediate learners. These lessons will focus on vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation and reading.
My lesson are structured into three stages
• Presentation
• Practice
• Produce
Presentations consist of introducing the new vocabulary or sentence structure. This process is about drilling but also about the student understanding the new vocabulary/sentence structure.
Practice consist of practising what the student already knows, this is done through games and questions and answers.
Lastly Produce is about the student producing what he/she has learned through the lesson. This can also be done through games, listening assessments and worksheets.Mes ressources d'enseignement

English teacherThis was my first teaching experience and from it I have learned a lot. It taught me how to not assume that students are the same and that planning is very important.
2019 - 2020
English teacherFirst English is an offline school but during the pandemic we had to immediately switch to online classes. This was definitely difficult at the beginning because I didn’t have any experience with online classes. I’m an active teacher so I got a little worried that I won’t be able to teach to my best capability online and I was not confident. At the end I learned a lot about teaching online, that you can use so many things to keep your classes entertaining and productive.
