Hi, My name is Ellie. I am glad to meet you through Italki and I am very happy to teach you my mother tongue. Personally, I speak English, Spanish and a little bit of French. I lived in Spain for seven years and currently I live in Australia. I graduated with a Master of teaching in Australia and I’ve been teaching Korean for three years and working as a a translator and interpreter from time to to time. As an effective teacher, my class will be fun, easy and practical.

Moi en tant que professeur

As a language teacher, I have to be explicit communication with my students in terms of interacting, stimulate cognitive and consistency. In my previous teaching experience with teenagers, I learnt from them to be patient and keep motivating what is their goal and want to be. Of course, there are many dispositions to teach them. But, my key of teaching are fun, easy and practical. We can have a good time learning Korean many different ways such as K-drama, K-pop if you like any of those. If you’re interested in learning Korean for learning reasons, for example, business and test preparation. I am happy to customise our lessons to suit your purpose as well as your level.

Mes leçons et ma méthode d'enseignement

As an online class, I will use my google classroom so, they can open anytime to look materials and resources before/after the class. It depends on a student which part he/she wants to improve so, my class can be flexible and to customise their purpose/interests. Moreover, my class will be focus on four different areas such as speaking, listening, reading and writing. During the class, we can do some activities such as roll-play, flashcard, word to word, watching K-drama, sing a K-pop and so on. In a consequence, my students will be an active learner! Most importantly, the cancelation/time change can only be accepted 24 hours before the lesson. Any change will not be accepted within 24hours
