Hi, I'm Sophie! I'm a French teacher from Lyon, in France. I am living in Istanbul, Turkey, where I have been teaching French to University students and adults for 9 years. I hold a master's degrees in teaching French as a Foreign language as well as a Master's degrees in International relations. I was previously working in that field. I love learning new languages and getting to know new countries and cultures. I've learned English, Spanish, German, Italian and Polish in a classic way during my studies and I learned Turkish while living in Turkey, by listening and speaking with people. Now I really want to share with you my passion of languages and help you with French!Moi en tant que professeur
- I can give classes from beginner to advanced levels. My classes are well planned and structured but I do adapt myself to your goals and needs. I can for instance explain you French grammar and make you practice it in a real context, we can also work on vocabulary or pronunciation. What is really important to me is to enable you to speak or write! I like to start from a text, a newspaper article, a video, a podcast and have a conversation on them. All topics are possible, just let me know.
- I’m a DELF-DALF and TCF examiner so I can help you prepare these exams or other kind of tests/exams.

After each session, I’ll give you a feedback on your progression and on your mistakes with corrections.
I value my time as much as yours so I expect you to show up on time and well prepared, with homework done ;-)

Super cours avec Sophie ! Quatrième cours de préparation DALF C1 et je me sens de plus en plus prêt pour la production orale. Le feedback après le cours ainsi que les exercises supplémentaires m'aident beaucoup - encore merci beaucoup, Sophie ! Would recommend to any learner of French!
