I obtained my CELTA certification from Teaching House, New York. I'm also a trained and certified teacher in my state, New Jersey, in the USA. I've been teaching English for 5 years now. My first job was in Costa Rica. All of the classes were fun and engaging, I love to play games with my students. I currently give classes online to students from Brazil, Korea, Mexico, China, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Italy, and many other countries. I'm experienced at teaching grammar and pronunciation and I specialize in American English. I want my students to speak like a native! CELTA - Cambridge - 2016I obtained my CELTA certificate from Teaching House Cambridge, New York, so I could teach English to adults. To obtain it, I had to teach a classroom of foreigners from many countries.

SalesHere I worked in a sales job, separate from teaching. This is before I was a qualified teacher. In this company I attended plenty of business meetings and negotiated sales with managers from different stores. This position gave me insight to what Business English and vocabulary is like.
2015 - 2015
TeacherI worked in this school teaching 12 year olds all kinds of subjects including Math, Science, History and English. This was student teaching and it was required to earn my degree. For this reason, I'm experienced in teaching children.

John is a really great teacher. I significantly improved my speaking skills, grammar and vocabulary in only half year. I was very afraid of speaking with native speakers and now I use my english to make a contracts. I'm grateful to John and highly recommend him as a teacher.

John is the best teacher I've ever had. He is very prepared and supportive. He helps me to improve my ability to speak and listen in english. He is always present when I have some questions about some english grammar rules, phrasal verbs or complicated phrases that I'm not able to understand. Thanks John for everything ... best teacher ever!

That was our 100th class together! And I can say for sure that John is such a hardworking teacher! He's always finding new ways to improve his students' English like Listening exercises, Articles, Grammar or Vocabulary books. That's perfect for busy students as I am. When I started my classes, I couldn't finish one setence correctly and now I've been praised by other english speakers. My english isn't perfect, but I'm completely capable of comunicating in English and being understood (sometimes it's needed a little explanation about the subject haha). I'm grateful for meeting John, and I'm sure that we still have a lot of work to do! So, as always, see you soon John! :D
