I have been a dance teacher for 40 years, so that I am sure I love teaching! At some times in the past, I have also given private language lessons at home, but it was hard to fit them into my family life. Now with italki offering online teaching, I am pleased to come back to it. I see teaching fundamentally as a way of communicating. After completing my High school education I have decided to pursue my destined career in English. So I completed my Graduation and then Post Graduation in English Language. to take it further I am pursuing my Ph.D. and it interesting to note that my research topic is based on the English as A Second Language. Non native speakers of English always inspired me to learn to teach and now to do research in. I am an extrovert and ready to listen people and learn new things from them. I have almost 20 years teaching experience. I have the TEFL certificate. I have taught all levels and ages in Taiwan, Japan, China and to foreign students in California, USA. Please note that I do not teach beginners! I specialize in American pronunciation training and accent reduction, as well as language mentoring (learning how to learn a language in the way that works best for you) but I also have a lot of different activities to improve all of your English language skills if desired.
