I have been taking Arabic lessons from Jaouad for several months, so I wanted to write a slightly longer review this time. I've really enjoyed learning from Jaouad. His focus is always on having me speak in Arabic, which has greatly improved my command of the language. Normally Jaouad will send some homework to look at in advance of the lesson. This can include reading assignments, dialogues, audio recordings, and other exercises. During the lesson we review the homework and talk about what was read. Jaouad always asks a lot of questions, which is great because it forces me to speak (and think) in Arabic. Jaouad is extremely professional - he is always prepared and on time, and his English is perfect, which is very important for new students like me :) Overall he is a great teacher, and I would recommend him to anyone who wants to learn Arabic.

Jaoud is an excellent teacher. He is very patient and speaks very clearly and in a calm manner. After discussing my difficulty in listening in the previous lesson he sent me some material to help improve. After answering questions related to that material we discussed some news stories and other issues about my work and Iraq. شكراً جزيلا

Jaouad is incredibly well prepared, professional, and encouraging. His lessons move at a good pace and have a lot of structure, going through various exercises he has prepared to strengthen different skills like reading, conjugating verbs, describing scenarios, etc. I am confident that my Arabic will improve greatly with him as a teacher.

Great lesson, enjoyed it a lot. Ustadh is very easy going and helpful. The connection (audio and video) was great which makes massive difference when learning online.
